Audition Preparation

When auditioning there are three main aspects you should keep in mind, Attitude, Appearance and Attendance.

Your going to have to have a clear positive confident attitude to the people asked to work with, songs, dances and monologues you have selected for yourself.

Appearance is also vital as you do not want to wear something which could make you stand out for the wrong reasons, any facial piercings, fancy earrings, a golden chained necklace etc. Something plain, black but also open to casting, you don't want to be negatively typecast-ed in the audition period.

Attendance is probably the most important as if you're late or not there you can kiss any chances goodbye as attendance is key. Arriving late is not an option you should aim to be at an audition at least an hour and a half before hand just incase they start early or begin judging on who can be reliable (on time)
